Caroline’s newborn session was on my calendar for August. Then I got an email from her mom back in May saying that she was 28 weeks pregnant but the doctors were saying Caroline could come any day! Too early!! I prayed that this little one would hang on a bit longer. Thankfully she did! Little Caroline made her arrival at 35 weeks – still a little early, but at 6 lbs, she was healthy and beautiful – what a blessing!

Little Carter was a dream. She loved being cozy, so much so, once I would get her in a pose she would be so content that the moment I’d try to move her to the next pose she would yell at me. It would never last too long, she would quickly realize that she could sleep in the new pose just as well…and I believe she even offered a few smiles every now and then 😉
Weeks 25 and 26 (I think) there’s a good chance I’m off a few days!
I met Jack and Caitlin last month during their beautiful maternity session. They didn’t know whether they were having a boy or girl – they were going to let it be a surprise.
