Mitchell is one of my “Baby Plan” babies – This is where I photograph their first year during the milestones – usually beginning with newborn and ending with the 1 year session. But in Mitchell’s case, we started his “plan” a little late – at 6 months. So instead, we decided to just extend his a bit and photograph 6 months, 1 year, 18mo, and 2 years.
He is so sweet, smiley and easy-going. I look forward to my dates with Mitchell.
Oh Baby #4. You are so adored by your big brother and sisters. Smash cake sessions with siblings is one of my favorites. I love to get single shots of baby with cake and then bring siblings in at the end. Brothers and Sisters are more than happy to help eat cake and I love the candid shots we get. Always with a lot of giggles. 
I can’t say it enough. I adore this family. And that first shot of the boys in their hats and boots? I die. I am absolutely honored to capture their childhood.
bare feet, bubbles and tree swings. What speaks more to the heart of a two year old? I love how serious Locklyn was in so many of her photos. I always hear “I can’t believe he didn’t smile” or “I swear she smiles so much more than this.” But to me, there is something so beautiful about a serious toddler. They’re taking their world in. Observing. It’s real and it’s wonderful.
To celebrate Collin’s first birthday we headed to the Myriad Gardens on an early Saturday morning. It was such a sweet time. I love the way his big brother dotes on him <3.
